Thermal expansion

WPC expands and contracts with temperature changes. Leave the gaps specified in the installation guide.

Color variation

WPC is made to look like natural wood, so expect slight color variation from piece to piece. It stays within the tolerances set by our quality team, does not affect performance and is not a manufacturing defect.

Maintenance

Clean regularly with mild soap and water. Avoid solvents, abrasives and tools that can damage the surface.
