We've made more than 5 million square feet of second-generation capped WPC since 2019. Texas contractors, distributors and lumberyards buy it by the truckload, and we deliver anywhere in the state.

Which color sells?
Choose from 13 wood and earth tones, 6 stock colors and 7 made to order. Solid Deck comes in all 13, our other products in 12. We make the whole line from one formulation, so colors match from floor to ceiling.
Delivered
anywhere in Texas
We deliver to the border, to Laredo, or straight to your yard or job site anywhere in Texas. Our plant is 2 hours 45 minutes by road from the Colombia Bridge in Laredo, so orders ship by truck, not by sea.
Start with
one truck
No container minimums and no cash tied up at sea for months. Order stock colors by the piece and made-to-order colors from 200 pieces per profile. Start with one truck and grow from there.
Straight
from the plant
You buy from the manufacturer, not through a national wholesaler, then a regional one, then a yard. That means fewer hands between our extrusion line and your job site, and one team accountable for it.
Overland,
not overseas
We manufacture in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, part of the Monterrey metro area. No ocean freight, no port backups and no waiting on containers between our plant and your yard. The whole trip is by road.
Same color,
every order
We control color batch to batch on every co-extruded profile, so the boards you reorder next season match the ones you installed this season. Choose from 13 colors, or we'll match your Pantone to order.
Second-generation
capped WPC
Our first-generation WPC was extruded without a cap. Today we co-extrude every product with the Max Shield cap, and our in-house quality lab tests every product line and signs its data sheet.

Firm underfoot, built for heavy traffic

heavy traffic
Walk on it and it doesn't flex or sound hollow. It feels like a real floor on patios, walkways and busy commercial areas. It's simple physics. Unlike most WPC, Solid Deck is solid all the way through, with no hollow cores.
Wood and earth tones, stock or made to order
213 WPC colors
for your customers
for your customers
Offer six stock colors and seven more made to order. They all come from one formulation, so colors match from floor to ceiling. We get the matte finish without brushing the cap, and the color layer stays intact instead of turning chalky.
Resists termites and wood borers

no borers
no borers
No more fumigating. Termites and wood borers leave our WPC alone because there's no exposed wood for them to eat. The wood fiber is sealed inside the polyethylene, under the Max Shield cap.
Recycled plastic and responsibly sourced wood

We make our products with responsibly sourced wood fiber and recycled high-density polyethylene. Once installed, they never need sanding, staining or sealing to keep their look.

Talk to us about partnering
What partners ask before their first truck
Whether you're a contractor, distributor or lumberyard, these are the questions Texas businesses ask us most before their first order. For anything else, write to us in English or Spanish.
Where do you deliver in Texas?
We can deliver to the border, to Laredo, Texas, or straight to your yard or job site anywhere in Texas. Our plant is in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, 2 hours 45 minutes by road from the Colombia Bridge in Laredo, so your order ships by truck, not by sea.
What's the minimum order?
You can order stock colors by the piece, and made-to-order colors start at 200 pieces per profile. There's no container minimum, so you can start with one truck and grow from there. Tell us your volume and we'll plan your orders with you. Talk to the factory
Does your team speak English?
Yes. Our team speaks English and Spanish, and you deal directly with the factory, with no trading company or broker in between. We're based in Monterrey, Mexico, a short drive from the border, and we know how Texas does business.
Can I visit the plant?
Yes, and we recommend it before your first order. The plant is 2 hours 45 minutes by road from Laredo, and there are nonstop flights to Monterrey from San Antonio and Austin. Come see the extrusion lines, the quality lab and the colors in person. Plan your visit
Can I get samples before I buy?
Yes. Tell us which products and colors you want to show your customers and we'll coordinate samples with you, or show you the full range at the plant. Request samples
Is it the same product you sell in Mexico?
Yes. It comes from the same plant, with the same formulation and the same co-extruded Max Shield cap. The line includes Solid Deck, Wall Cladding, Grooved Panel, Decorative Beams in three sizes and Corner Trim, in 13 colors, all for outdoor use.
Can you make custom lengths or colors?
Yes. Besides the standard 8 ft and 9.8 ft lengths, we can extrude the length your project needs, so you make fewer cuts and waste less. For color, pick from our 13 or we'll match your Pantone on a made-to-order run.
Is Solid Deck really solid?
Yes. Solid Deck has no hollow cores. It's solid all the way through, built for heavy foot traffic on patios, pool decks and commercial walkways. Our cladding and beams are hollow because nobody walks on them.
