A WPC factory you can drive to from Texas

We've been manufacturing WPC at our own plant in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico, since 2019, and we've produced more than 5 million square feet of second-generation capped composite. The plant is 2 hours 45 minutes by road from Laredo, Texas.

Our goal is simple: help you build outdoor spaces that look great, hold up to heavy use and last for decades, without constant upkeep. That comes down to getting the color, the finish and the quality right on every WPC board we make.

Our plant has more than 37,000 square feet of production space, with extrusion lines dedicated to each profile, a raw-material warehouse and inventory of our stock colors. Confirmed orders go on the schedule first, so a large project never holds up a small one, and every reorder is made with the same formula as the original batch. Our in-house quality lab tests production samples to keep quality consistent from batch to batch.

We work closely with the dealers and contractors who sell and install our products. Need a custom length or a color matched to your project? We can make it. You get the technical data and installation guidance you need, and we keep making it easier to work with us, from the first quote to the final delivery.

We make our products with responsibly sourced wood fiber and recycled plastic, and we put our own production scrap back into the line, so very little goes to waste.

Our team speaks English and Spanish. Our products are already sold in McAllen, Laredo and Dallas, on a small scale for now, and we're looking for the right partners to grow across Texas. We can deliver to the border, to Laredo, or straight to your yard or job site anywhere in Texas.
